For our founder, Amy Lichtenwalter, this mission is deeply personal. Her journey wasn’t a straight path but one marked by real–life challenges: navigating career gaps, personal loss, and a non–traditional resume. But these experiences shaped a unique perspective. Amy saw the frustration and confusion that so often surrounds HR and benefits communications and resolved to bring clarity where it was desperately needed.

The turning point came at an unexpected place: the unemployment office. A single piece of advice, “Start your own business,” sparked a bold vision. What started as a leap of faith turned into a movement — a commitment to revolutionize not just benefits communication, but the entire spectrum of HR messaging.
